ABSINTHE IS BACK IN THE USA!

Often called "The Green Fairy", Absinthe is back in this country after being banned for over 95 years. Roof Brothers on Park Avenue currently has four brands for sale: Lucid, Grande Absente, Mythe, and Kubler.  About 12 brands have been licensed in the US so far, so we'll probably see more of these hit our shelves.  All contain the recipes which originated in Switzerland, and were very popular in France in the 19th century.
